Prior to starting Tango, Marsha Londe spent 25 years on the distributor side honing her creative and selling skills, garnering 24 national awards for the creative use of products to drive results. Marsha writes for industry magazines, conducts webinars, and teaches classes regionally and nationally.

Marsha was in the inaugural class honoring industry women who “broke through the glass ceiling” with their contributions. PPAI recognized her as a “Best Boss” for her tenure as a Vice President of a top 15 distributor firm. Named ASI industry “Salesperson of the Year” for most business written and a second time for “Largest Order Written” (over $1,000,000), three of Marsha’s clients were recognized as “Buyer of the Year”, a testimony to her grasp of promotional program planning and relationship development. She received PPAI’s Woman of Achievement Award that recognizes a woman who has led the way in the advancement of women in the industry, exhibited outstanding leadership, and made significant contributions to the industry and her community.
